Use this for:
- places of interest to cavers, with indications of restrictions on access or usage.
- geological information for GB (double-click for details)
- a variety of base maps and overlays, current and historic
- worldwide panoramas and hill names (double-click for link at PeakFinder)
- elevation data from Lidar (in UK as height above Ordnance Datum), and elsewhere from more or less accurate Lidar, space shuttle, or satellite data (where the numbers may not correspond with local datums).
- where water related to caves sinks and rises, and dye traces that suggest unknown water courses.

NB While primarily developed for desk use, it can also be used on a smartphone. However, some browsers may not work as well others...
The mapping software used here incorporates 3D terrain data so you can tilt and rotate the view with mouse or touch control
