Description
This is a very large resurgence which has been dug since the 1940's. A 5 metre tunnel was excavated without success.
The rising is in faulted limestone surrounded by boulder clay and grit blocks.

Known for centuries. Dug by P.I.W. Harvey and I.Nixon in 1947 and W.H. Little in 1951
