Sink Doline
Access Take the track 0.25 miles past the 15 mile stone on the Penderyn to Brecon road, down to Tir-Mawr farm. Contact the farmer ‚ - was Mr Clive Hicks (1981). Proceed down to the ford . The wall on the left of the lane has collapsed just before reaching the river.
Description The sink starts under the wall and extends into two dolines in the field, SW of the wall, the furthest doline has been filled in with pebbles. The river itself sinks into the left bank, at medium and possibly low level about 9 metres downstream from the wall.
